Sweet Chilli Wraps

Serves 2-4


100gr butter
2 skinless chicken breasts (cut into strips)
2 sprigs of thyme
5ml Durban Masala
1pkt of wholemeal wraps
4 leaves Fresh crisp lettuce
8 baby tomatoes (cut into half)
I whole avocado
1/4 cucumber (cut into sticks)
100gr feta cheese
Sweet chilli sauce

1.Coat chicken strips with salt pepper thyme and Durban Masala
2. Heat butter on a medium heat
3. Once butter is hot add the chicken strips and cook until lightly browned set aside
4. Start filling wrap ( only fill one side to make it easy to roll closed) start with lettuce then fill with the rest of the ingredients and finish with sweet chilli sauce and feta cheese
Place under grill or lightly toast before you serve.
